How do we evaluate whether programs move people from awareness of an issue, to taking action, to advocating for change? Come discuss! I will share how a panel study tracks customer engagement with energy efficiency programs. Share your examples! Example discussion topics: integrating loyalty models with logic models, designing surveys/observation guides.

Kara Crohn is a Managing Consultant at EMI. She has 14 years of research and client management experience in wide range of settings including statewide energy efficiency programs, Fortune 500 companies, community-based organizations, and academic outreach programs. Dr. Crohn offers extensive knowledge of program evaluation theory, qualitative and mixed-methods research designs, evaluation capacity building approaches, logic model development, and process mapping.
