How do we evaluate whether programs move people from awareness of an issue, to taking action, to advocating for change? Come discuss! I will share how a panel study tracks customer engagement with energy efficiency programs. Share your examples! Example discussion topics: integrating loyalty models with logic models, designing surveys/observation guides.
